Unhappy paid for photpost on behalf of someone else

But so far no mail from photopost regarding this purchace. Well beyond the 24h

i did mail earlyier via contacts , but no conformation even by email.
Just checked CC statement to see if photpost have taken money yet .. and it has been taken.

Just got my freind to double check his email account and still no mail , he paid me to pay for the photpost , this is making me look very bad.

Anyway i can give the cc transaction number by pm if it's needed.
Please respond asap.

Check any spam or trash filters. Your email to sales was recieved at 9:23AM and we responded stating the license was issued on Oct 3rd at 5:17PM and sent the information

We responded to you at 10:54AM.

You may enter the email on file for the licensee here to get sent the email again
