Can you have a option to upload by url or have a hot link option?

There is not an options to upload an image by url.

There is an option to upload by url a web page and we can strip the images from the page

As Chuck said, you can ask PhotoPost to parse images form a web page address but we don't have a specific option for a "URL to image" upload option.
