Yes, arabic is supported and included in the current release.

Yes, you can use PhotoPost as a standalone or in combination with any of the forums we support - not just vBulletin.

Yes, we do offer installation services which you can purchase at the time you buy the script. One of our installers will contact you and arrange to setup/install the program for you.

Your purchase includes the product and one year of upgrades, once the year is up you can extend the ability to download new versions for a nominal fee or you can continue to run the version you have.

I don't know of one offhand, but since the Arabic translation was sent in by a customer, I assume they are out there.

We don't have a system for counting and then charging for image viewing.
