photopost and Mac

Is photopost compatible with os 10.3.9?
I am a scrapbook kit designer, wanting a place for users of my product to be able to upload their photos to my new site.

Not sure if I have bitten off more than I can chew here. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

As long as the requirements to run the program are met operating system does not matter it can be windows mac or linux
