Recommended Hosting or Cheap dedicated server?

I've been searching for a good hosting company, or dedicated server that is cheap and good (up to $75/US a month).

After a bit a research, I found a few bad reviews on Powweb and iPowerweb that makes me want to look elsewhere.

Can anyone suggest a good hosting company, or as I mentioned above, a good dedicated server that is also affordable (up to $75/mo).

If I bought Photopost, I anticipate that a bunch of my members from my current message boards will flock over to it, so I must prepare for a ton a bandwidth.

Thanks!

I'm using www.ev1servers.net for a dedicated box; was setup and logged in under 10 minutes.

For what its worth, the current company I'm with basically sux (lots of VPS down time, hit or miss tech support and really not that great a deal WRT bang for the buck.) I've been doing a lot of research lately looking for a replcement and think I have it boiled down to http://www.steadfastnetworks.com/ I'm just trying to get a warm fuzzy about their tech support before I make my final commitment.
