A few questions...

I run a moderately sized gallery over at http://www.animegalleries.net, currently using a coppermine 1.2 install. A fairly heavily customized install, so much so, that I think it would be almost as hard to upgrade coppermine, as to switch to a new system, and so I am looking at my options.

One of the things I like though, is how the main page looks, with the category/album structure being as it is. How hard would it be to customize the PhotoPost script to emulate that look for the home page?

You have alot of categories, but you this could be done by modifying the categories template which right now we have two formats - a gallery layout and a forum-style layout. Using the gallery layout as a guide, you could switch to a two column format. If you know html and a little PHP, you should be able to do this yourself.
