Is PhotoPost 100% open source?

I plan to setup a moblog using your software, we will use shorcode for MMSC and SMSC, one important function is letting users send photos from their camera phone directly, so we need 100% control the source code. Do u support it?

The product comes with full PHP source, no encryptions.
