Need a couple additional fields - how hard to change?

I am looking for a Classifieds script for a website forum based community that I am building with a php-Nuke and phpBB backbone. What I need to be able to do is add some additional fields that would help my members search for items that they want...

For example: My website is for Timeshares and Holiday Homes
What I want to do is allow members to rent or sell units...

Some of the additional fields I would like to have added might include:

Type of Unit (Floating or Week Number), Location (Country or State), Type of Accomodation (Beach, Mountain, etc), Number of Bedrooms, Sleeps #, trades with?

Now, the same logic would apply to other classsifieds such as a CAR site...
(Make, Model, Year, Motor, Color, Location, etc...) OR even a classifieds board that might sell houses...

Is there a place in the AdminCP that would allow additional fields to be added? May I modify your code to make it work and if so would I need to do this myself as opposed to discussing the hacks necessary with others that are better at doing these kinds of coding changes? Is there a hidden forum here where other owners could work with me on this hack?

You can add up to 6 additional fields which would be prompted and displayed.

And, yes, if you need to you can modify the code - the code is not encrypted in any way.
