Review Post: Rules for Posting

I purchased ReviewPost but can't get into the member's area to post this so I'm doing it here.

As you guys own ResellerRatings, you are aware of the potential liability taken on by a board that hosts reviews. I would like to implement certain safety features (like those implemented by ResellerRatings) so as to limit my exposure to lawsuits.

Is there a way for me to modify the index page in ReviewPost so that I can add a block detailing the Rules for Posting Reviews? I imagine it would be a template edit. If so, what template?

Depends where you want to add it above the menubar below the categories

right there two templates you can play with menubar.tmpl and categories.tmpl

although I would edit the uploadproduct.tmpl and add a table row explaining the policy you want
