Questions about payment options for PP Classifieds

In the demo we can't really get a good idea about the actual use of the payment options since it's disabled.

So I have a few questions

1. Can we set some categories to be free while others are paid?
2. Is it set up for a payment per ad?
3. With the feature ad addition (bold, italic, etc) can this be added for an extra fee to the ads?

I really would like a more detailed features explanation before I can buy since we can't see any of these options.

2. it is the cat fee you specify paid to post every ad in that cat yes
3. yes they are in addition to the normal ad fee

So I understand that on a automotive website, ther could be one category for "cheap cars" (less than 5000$) where ads would be free, and another category "expensive cars" (more than 5000$) where ads would cost a fee.

Is it possible to have many categories like that, with many different prices?
