Your valued feedback please

Hi

I have a product for Westies at:
http://www.madaboutwesties.com

which I wish to develop into a mebership paid site. I seen your software in:
www.boxerworld.com

I have a private members forum at:
http://www.madaboutwesties.com/login.html
It is a phpBB forum.

I have members dogs pictures outside the locked area and also inside.

Questions:
a) Can I have the software generate pictures outside the paid area
b) Will your software work with the forum
c) Can you suggest any further features that will help.

I would need you to install the software.

Look forward to your valued reply

Hello

Yes we integrate with phpBB with the user database and the css stylesheet.

I do not know how you have things locked but overall I would say that you would not be able to display photos outside the area that is locked UNLESS you do this.

You install Photopost inside the hidden area however your make your photo data directory outside the hidden area. That way your could write a script to full thumbs and display them on some page outside the area.

I hope you understood that ;)

Hi

Thank you very much for your reply. Regarding:

I do not have the technical ability to write a script to full thumbs and display them outside the area.
a) How would I get this done
b) How much would it cost

Look forward to your reply

You understand what I mean that putting your image files outside the protected area allows you to display them outside otherwise you could not.

For any development of custom scripts you can contact chuck@photopost.com. You may want to also look at http://www.photopostdev.com which has some hacks and there might be something usuable to you there. There is a thumbnailer hack over there although it is quite old.
