If that is you I can try contacting the person directly that issues the email and get them on this ASAP

I can only check completed licenses by name email etc. I work for support not sales

There are no completed licenses with that email and the only one under your name is for an old license so most likely another Rob Smith

I remembered your name from the other day.

I have emailed the person who handles these and once we have a response we shall know what the issue is.
