Why can I not post? Support@photopost gets no response

Just looking for some help on why my username is not able to post on the general OR member access boards.

Username: Medar

I have a license for Photopost, it is current, and I have had one or two questions. I have sent emails to support@photopost.com 3 times now, and 3 times they have gone unanswered.

Let me know or activate my username to post, thanks.

You can not post as Medar because you never confirmed that account by email.

It is in the users awaiting confirmation group

I do not have access to change that either

Can anyone tell me how to request an email authorization?

OK I have figured out that there is no way for a user to request another email authorization.

Can an admin simply "activate" the username: Medar ?
