Photopost Vs Coppermine

Does Photopost use less server resouces than Coppermine? I need to reduce my server usage.

I dont beleive their is any documented evidence to even begin to answer that question. There are also so many factors to consider when talking server usage.

Do you prohibit bandwidth theft? ETC

When you say "server resoruces" what are you referring to? Disk space? Database space/io? Bandwidth?

I have a very popular site. I want to try reduce the amount of database connections the site uses and cpu strain. not sure which is best for that.
