Admin Demo can't upload

I am trying to upload photos to members to access how PhotoPost works , I put location of the jpg file (s) I wishto upload but iget a message like this:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/mogrify" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 '/var/www/photopost/photopost/data500/172454banner_easter-thumb.jpg'

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks, I fixed the problem. (mogrify had been moved).
