Easy to customize the design for Reviewpost?
Is it easy to customize the index page where reviewpost script will be installed?
Also can unregistered (visitors) search for reviews?

Yes, the index page can be easily customized.

has a demo ReviewPost installed that you can preview and post to.
Yes, when searching you can specify reviews/comments to search through.
