Classifieds: Category Structure Question

I am currently using photopost gallery script with my forums and while I like the stock layout for a gallery, I do not like it for a classifieds system. Is the homepage structure template driven or will I need to do a code hack to change it to a more traditional category appearance (see http://www.usfreeads.com/ center of the page).

Classifieds is template based; so you could modify the index template to get the look you want.
