Specific users yes or no to upload video files?

Can we control individual users accounts to allow or not allow video uploading.

You control permissions based on usergroups. You can create separate groups of users who can and can not upload.

However regular and multimedia files are not separated from the permissions structure. There is a global switch to check whether multimedia is allowed or not for all users
