buying photopost

I have tried purchasing photopost and CS cancel my order...
saying they can't verify me...
Can someone help me on this...I really don't understand ....why
and how can I get photopost.

I would take note on what they say they can not verify. We get a huge amount of bogus orders and each one is hand checked to ensure it is real.

I am sure you got a reason or explanation of what they can not verify. Correct the issue and you should be able to purchase
