Can I use paypal to buy photopost?

I am very interested in buying this script, but live in the UK and do not have a mastercard/american express card. I can use paypal and was wondering if I could use this. Otherwise I will not be able to purchase photopost

If Paypal UK has the virtual mastercard with a verified (or premier?) account, I think you can use it anywhere. They have it in Paypal US, but I'm not familiar with Paypal UK. (I'm also not affiliated with Photopost; I just use that virtual mastercard at Amazon UK off and on so I happened to know about it. )

Which policy is that? I'm curious as I may be delivering software solutions in the future and have never heard of any paypal policies prohibiting as such.

i have a visa electron card in the uk this doesnt work so how can i buy it ! u guys are loosing so many sales over this , cant u use worldpay like vbuletin ?

PayPal is a horrible system for people who sell software via the Internet. Their dispute policy favors the client with almost no ability for a merchant to dispute the clients attempt to get their money back for a product they received. Also, the fraud rate for PayPal is VERY high as many purchases are often made from accounts which have been "hacked". Coupled with poor customer service in the event we do have an issue with a customer, PayPal is simply an unacceptable choice from a business perspective.

WorldPay, and others, have significantly higher fees which are prohibitive as a source for processing payments.
