Haven't received email with access to downloads area

I ordered a PhotPost license on July 5th. I still have not received an email
with access to our downloads area. Is that the only email I will receive?
Should I have received a confirmation email or anything?

You just ordered it yesterday. They say it takes usually 24 hours sometimes 48 hours since all orders are processed by hand to ensure that all orders are valid.
