Check out our vbulletin common resolutions FAQ in the PhotoPost FAQ forum point 9. You must have all encodings the same between vb and photopost that includes database, language file and charset loaded in meta tags.

All is iso-8859-1, but not working.

Did you make sure your language file is iso-8859-1 encoding as the german one included is saved in utf-8 by default from us ;)

I am not sure what you meen, but i copy/paste finnish text to germany file and same problem.

You must not understand at all what I am saying. Our product by nature is released in UTF8 which makes all languages display correctly. However vBulletin is loading english language and iso-8859-1 encoding therefore you must match PhotoPost to the same. The german language file included in PhotoPost is UTF8 naturally as that would be how we release our stuff just like xenforo and alot of other products use utf8 because you can display arabic russian german most any language in utf8 without problems.
Alot of people forget when using vb that vb does not really use utf8 but is really iso-8859-1. I have included a german text file loaded here. Download it and rename to german.php and upload it to your languages folder and see if that resolves your issue as the only issue I see is your language strings database encoding looks right or at least I see no issues.

If i use Photopost own theme all is fine. If i use vb own, then scandic not work.

I really can not give any further advise without seeing how you have things set etc. You are telling me your doing it right but I have no idea.
I can only tell you how things are done. If your loading utf8 then your language file has to be utf8.
The only reason your going to get messed up characters is if your mixing and matching encodings. That is a fact no other way around that so something in your settings is not correct.

Do you like look my setup over ftp?
December 8th, 2013, 11:15 AM
ftp and admin login.
For instance your vb looks like it is UTF-8 not iso-8859-1 which means you should be going the other way.
