Okay this is very generic you need to tell me what you have done thus far.
Like for example if you upgraded your classifieds did you follow the upgrade instructions? Did you add missing fields to the config files for instance if you have not added and set the $cookie_salt variable you definately are not going to get into the classifieds admin panel. If your cookies are not aligned properly between the forum and classifieds you will not get into the classifieds admin.

I have a very real problem Chuck as the 'rescue' was done by someone in the USA who has, at the critical moment, decided to retire from helping me with my website.
I am unable to answer those questions which, I think, leaves me up the creek without a paddle.

what is the url and a test user login? I can tell you if your cookies are set right.
What version of the software are you using? It is hard to comment about an issue with no information ;)

Only have my login stuff for VB and am not real keen on posting those publicly, can I PM that to you?
I have the Pro version of PhotoPost.

I was saying you could post a regular test user login and url and from that I could tell you if your cookies where set correctly as I could compare the cookie set by photopost and the cookie set by vb. ;) If set correctly they should be the same. You can send via the contact link if you do not want to post the url and login publically.
You need to go into your config-inc.php file on the server and see if the $cookie_salt variable exists if your Pro is current otherwise you need to tell me what version your using.
You need to give me some info here. I have have no idea what you or your guy have or have not done yet. Ultimately you could run through an install and make sure everything is answered right to correctly any issues disregarding any duplicate mysql errors on reinstall.

Sorry Chuck but I am right out of my depth here, I was a Purser at sea not the Electrical Engineer.
Is there a way that I can pay PhotoPost to sort this out for me?

You can pay us to properly install the application sure that would also get your copy up to the latest if it isn't. Just go purchase an install service.
The point I am making here though is to help anyone I do no need basic info to be able to provide support. Just saying I can not upload or I can not login etc is a bit vague to be able to narrow things down to the specific issue especially in your situation if you had someone helping you and walk out in the middle. ;)

Sorry to muck you about Chuck but I was dropped right into the proverbial.
I'll go and get an Install service, sleep better that way.
