Does the Photopost Review work on vbulletin 4.2.0? If so, is there a demo?

all our applications work with vbulletin. If your refering to does it support the new navigation system not yet that version is in beta currently. Our Gallery and Classifieds products where worked on first to support the new navbar.

Ok, would I be able to disable the tab plugin and recreate it with the Navigation manager until the new version is released?

The new version has already been released yesterday actually.

Are there instructions for upgrading VBGallery 2.3 for vb 3.6 to the current version for vb 4.2? I have purchased the software but the manual only talks about upgrading older versions.

You are upgrading an older version. You would upload all the files except the config file and run the vbgallery install file and select the upgrade option.

I meant, the manual refers to v1.0 of VBGallery but never mentions v2.3. I just want to be careful as there are a ton of user's photos and I don't want to lose them.

You simply upload the files and run the install script and it will update your database.

In the upgrade from older versions of Photpost perhaps one should delete the old templates on the server as they are not replaced completely with the new versions.
Perhaps other components should be deleted before the upload of the new files.

You may do that if you wish I know I have suggested a few times people can delete the stylesheets and template directories. Older files would not be used by newer versions and likewise worrying about then not being replaced is not relevant. As if you follow the upgrade instructions you will have a completely functional gallery.

I just purchased Review Post and the Branding Free option, how do I download it now?
June 29th, 2012, 02:41 PM
Customer Service will email all that when they process your order.
June 29th, 2012, 03:05 PM
How long does that usually take?
June 29th, 2012, 05:28 PM
It can take up to 24 hours as the order page states but most orders are completed within a few hours. Wait times can be longer than a couple hours as the weekend begins but I would suggest you check your email and spam filter to ensure your not missing any emails. They will respond to the email you entered on purchase.

The order page did not state a time. Upon completing the order I was given a page with a blank Order Status, blank tracking number, the Order Date, the Order Number, and the address the purchase would be billed to.

This is the support forum there is little I can tell you about an order of than the basic procedure. You can use the contact us link to email sales and ask specifically about your order.
As stated every order is hand processed and can take up to 24 hours to process.
