i have paid for an update 2 weeks ago and no email answer and nothing...

Please give me a sign

hello if you are who I think you are we did respond to you. Customer service when you purchase an upgrade service they send the upgrade document. If you do not send this back your upgrade would not be released to be done.

I would suspect this is your issue so please send back the document.
