Posting here because I really need to get this resolved tonight.

I renewed my license but do not have access to the software. I sent a message to support@

I'm assuming it was a paypal/email non-match problem?

We're doing our big upgrade tomorrow morning first thing.

Support can't assist with a sales matter sorry. No order is automatic it can take up to 24 hours to process an order although most are done in a couple hours. It all depends on what time of day. It is 10pm on a friday so all you can do is wait for a response from sales on your renewal.
