PhotoPost looks like a GREAT product!

ALL DAY LONG I have been trying to get someone on the phone so I could BUY IT and PAY these guys to install it, since I am very new at this stuff.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!

I have left THREE MESSAGES....no call back!!

the only response I got to my email was....are you ready for this???

Please call our "800" number for sales and support!!!

is this some kind of joke or what???

I want to BUY!

I WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER!

How do I get these guys to take my money???

I click on the "buy photopost" menu at the top of the screen then click on which product I want to buy.

As a small business the availability of someone can be unpredictable. Let us know if you have an issue with the online ordering.

There is no support over the phonethat is handled by email and support forums here.

As Michael noted you can purchase the product and install online here by clicking the buy photopost link above.

Now once you purchase that customer service will send you an install document. You fill that info out and return that to them via faq or email. They will actually sent that to me and I do all installs within 24 hours of recieving th info from customer service provided all the proper info is given.

They also give you my direct email when you purchase an install if you should have any questions.

Thanks for your very kind and understanding call and as promised I have already paid for the product and the install, although I haven't received the confirmation email yet.

I'll be sending the install info you need as soon as I get that request.

Just want to apologize for being so impatient when I wanted to buy this great product....Chuck was a TRUE GENTLEMAN and helped me get up and running the very next day! The gallery is just awesome!!
