OK so I upgraded my testing site to 7.02 from 6.x and now when I click on Members Galleries I am having a issue. It does not show all the galleries anymore. If I click on a letter or number it shows that group of galleries, but then if I click on "all" it show the same group again... If I click on a letter or number that shows "No users found. If you searched, check your spelling." then back on all it shows "No users found. If you searched, check your spelling." again :( Chuck if you need a link to the testing site, I can PM you the password because it is blocked to the outside world.

Make sure you have renamed the HTACCESS file to .htaccess and uploaded all the files and clear all your browser cookies
You can also under admin scan database rebuild the members last photo.

Just tried that Chuck, and still the same :(

BTW I just looked at the gallery in this members post http://www.photopost.com/forum/photopost-pro-support-forums/143080-few-questions-about-general-operation.html
and it is doing the same thing....

You certainly can not replicate it here. Please download the build and upload all files you seem to be referencing an old bug thats been fixed.

Yours does it too... :(

Interesting doesnt happen for me.
Make sure you delete your cookies clear your browser cache etc
June 6th, 2010, 11:32 AM
It happens in 2 different browsers, and 2 different computers... Don't think it is a local cache issue...
June 6th, 2010, 11:42 AM
well I am using 5 different browsers here and have viewed my site logged in or not.
I see many users with photos and can click named can click the letter list etc and see my site fine.
For me to find an issue or resolution I would need replicate the issue. As well it might be nice to see your site.

What it does is when I view your site the first time, I see 2 pages of 40 people, then when I click on "c" to find pictures of yours I get 1 page of 7 people. The problem is that if I click on "all" again it still shows me the "c" people. If I close out the browser and come back to it is still will only show me the "c" people. I am trying it on Firefox on Windows 7, and on Ubuntu....
June 6th, 2010, 11:56 AM
Yes what I am saying is for me I click on c are shown c names I click all and I see all
Your issue is very indicitive of an old cookie bug
Things work fine for me on my site.
I have not seen your site. The site links you have put in this thread are from older copies of the software. Thats why I keep centering on my site which I know has all the new files.
Everything appears to work for me. I need to replicate the issue to be able to respond. I will keep trying.

I just tried clearing all history and cookies on my linux box and it lets me click on all the first time, but if I click on c then all it does the same thing (at your site...)
June 6th, 2010, 06:08 PM
I see the same issue so I know it's not a cookie thing
3 different browsers
what ever is displayed at first will display with when you click all..
click a and then all the same thing displays same with any other letter
when you click all
and the link at the top
members gallery next to home

I uploaded all the 7.01 files and it fixes this issue
so it was a change in 7.02
June 6th, 2010, 07:01 PM
I added this to showmembers.php
and it works this was pulled from 7.01 to 7.02
line 56, 57,58 and 59 in showmembers.php
if ( $sl && empty($pagenav) )
setcookie("ppperpage","", time() - 3600, $Globals['cookie_path'], $Globals['domain_path'] );
or just add the showmembers.php from version 7.01
June 6th, 2010, 08:45 PM
That works :) Check were there any changes to showmembers.php from 7.01 to 7.02 for security?
June 6th, 2010, 08:52 PM
will let Chuck deside whats best
looks like a cookie thing to me .. should all be good
to see better on your site chuck click on 9 then click on all
the page stays blanks as it is when you click 9
June 6th, 2010, 10:39 PM
well I will have to check back through our bug threads because there was a reason that was removed.
June 7th, 2010, 05:02 PM
seems there is a issue with the code and without the code :(
June 7th, 2010, 05:26 PM
by the way 0 brings you to the same page as clicking all..
June 8th, 2010, 09:24 AM
yes which is why it was removed.
So really I will have to do testing with or without it
As stated I am unable to replicate any issues with the code removed either logged in or logged out so its a matter of trying to replicate the issue.

Hippy tell me this. Since I am unable to replicate this issue logged in logged out etc on my site tell me some things.
Using my site as a base before going onto yours etc. Now remember I am using the default code so I have not added anything back in because adding the code back in will definately cause no cookie to be created it will always be deleted which is an issue.

1. Tell me if you can replicate the issue on my site logged in or logged out how does the problem occur.
2. If you cant replicate any issue then we can move on to is it only with seo urls on or off.
Its all about figuring out what variables are in conflict. Hard for me to comment when I can not replicate the issue.
