View Full Version : Lost my Verified Customer Status

I own Photopost, ReviewPost and Classifieds. Somehow I lost my Verified Customer Status and cannot post in the support forum.

I thought it was due to my email address changing, so I reset it to my old email and have waited over 24 hours, but I still have no posting privileges in the Support forums.

Please take a look at this for me and correct this issue.

This is nothing I can fix for you. To have verified status for support you must be eligible for support by having current members access. All your license members access are expired that is why you do not have access.
