View Full Version : Any way to update members area information

Long story short, I purchased PhotoPost a long long time ago to go with a community I had back then. I used an email address that went with that domain name, but the domain expired and I forgot to re-register before someone grabbed it up and now it houses a directory :o.

Is there any way to update my members area account since I lost the password and email address associated with it, it's been quite a few years since the purchase so I doubt I can even find the PayPal transaction ID.

Or do I need to purchase a whole new license if I decide to use Photopost?

You would need to contact customer service through the contact us link and supply as much information as possible to verify yourself as the owner so they can update your info.

That was a lot less painless than I thought it was going to be.
