View Full Version : Verified customer, renewed license, still can't view code or post in forums

As title says: I am a verified customer, I renewed my license today (which has been confirmed in the members area), but still I can't view code or post in the forums. Could anyone please fix this for me?

Your a verified customer that I see. Most likely when you posted this 10 minutes ago the cron task did not run.

There are multiple steps when renewing a license.

1. Customer service has to manually process your order.

2. The forum cron script needs to cycle through and add you back in.

At any rate this appears to have been done.

Thanks, as I replied in my email, I was getting impatient. I needed a fix for a problem I encountered last night and its code was unavailable to me. The particular fix worked for me. Thanks for the swift response.
