If you meant to include an entity that starts with "&", then you should terminate it with ";". Another reason for this error message is that you inadvertently created an entity by failing to escape an "&" character just before this text.
I can fix this myself of course, but would be nice if it was fixed at source.

REPLACE INTO pp_settings VALUES (37,'cright','cright','','<font size=\"1\" face=\"verdana\"><a href=\"http://www.photopost.com\">Photo Sharing Gallery by PhotoPost</a><br />Copyright © 2009 All Enthusiast, Inc.</font>',300,'0');

well © is the valid sybmol for copyright symbol

Yes, sorry, I'm not trying to awkward. The reason I have posted this is because in your current release you got it wrong. I'm just reporting the bug.
Instead of "©" you have used "©". In the Copyright text at the bottom of all PP pages.
