View Full Version : Free upgrade?

Hi there,

I received an email today stating

if you purchased a PhotoPost Pro or vBGallery license after 1/1/2005, even if your members area access for that license has expired. It will cost you zero -- nada -- to upgrade from a previous version of vBGallery to 2.5. As of today, you have 30 days to download the new update.

But when I enter the members section it states my access expired 10/14/08 10:29 AM, but I can't download the new VBgallery 2.5. Is there something else I need to do?

I believe your issue might be that you purchased the application from vbadvanced not use since I see your order number is one of theres. You can email sales at photopost dot com for information on your ability to recieve this offer or not.

Yep I migrated, when PP took it over, but I since I renewed my member access after that I thought I would be eligble, but I'll email sales then.

Thanks for your replies.

Yes there was a members area coding issue earlier that affected vBGallery license holders but this has been fixed. Thanks.
