Hello, I am a paying customer - but am not able to view or post in the locked areas.

When I try to request permission, the page says I do not have access.

Can you convert my account please?

Hey Chuck,

That did not help. Can you manually approve my account? I can get you my PayPal transaction ID, but I rather you PM me for it.

The email associated with this forum username belongs to an expired photopost license. You would need to renew members access to post for support. If you just renewed access your order might not be processed yet thus you need to wait for sales to process it. I can not speed up that process.
