I have a situation that doesn't seem to fit in with your authentication system. I am a contractor supporting a client with several different forums. Two of which use PhotoPost Galleries. He needs to keep his registration email private (ie can't give me access), but I still need to gain support for the sites I maintain. So the license number I have stored in my profile is valid, but my email address doesn't match the orignial registration. How are we supposed to do this?

Only our actual customer would be a verified customer and able to obtain support. You might need to get him to setup some generic email on his site that you have access to maybe support@hissite.com and have him as customer service to change his license email to that however note that means he would be giving you verified access if you change your forum email to that and he would lose his verified customer access.
