And what are the table names for Photopost pro?

If you view your database they would be the ones prefixed with the table prefix you specified in the config section in admin most likely pp_.

I'm trying to import from vbgallery to photopost 62
and then want to drop the old tables
January 2nd, 2009, 07:15 PM
Well photopost would most likely be pp_ and vbgallery ppgal_

If I moved the data folder from the vbgallery location to the PP location, would I be missing any files. This is after running the import script
All I'm seeing is missing thumbnails

If you specify the correct paths etc all photos should be transfered.

I'm hoping so
I cant locate mogrify to rebuild thumbnails
January 2nd, 2009, 07:53 PM
There should be no need to rebuild thumbnails if the paths are correct.

They are not showing
I'm guessing I need to rebuild or edit the database
I get an error when trying to do it in the admin area

You would need to specify the correct database info and table prefixes for the tables and thats why you get those mysql errors.
also note server paths are full server paths to the data and files subdirectories of both products.

I had this fixed last night and now its all gone again since you ran that script
Is there any way to get it back?
The old vbgallery is gone
January 3rd, 2009, 08:42 AM
I never ran anything. I simply pulled up the link and saw those errors which told me your mistake.
what do you mean your old vbgallery is gone you cant import if it does not exist.

When you ran that script again it did something to my install
I was moving images within categories using the admin area
Now all my info is gone, like it was reset
Once I had it fixed last night I got up this morning and removed vbgallery from the server

It cleared all the categories in the DB

anyone can click public links you post here on the forum. I would suggest you restore database backups and redo the categories section again if everything else is fine.
