Hello,

I run my country's largest automotive website (www.wheelsbd.com) as a result, I was planning to enhance my website. It currently uses joomla cms, coppermine gallery and ipb forum. I know photopost is more vb based but I want to know if there is a safe import script for coppermine gallery that is already integrated with IPB to photopost. If there is, I will pay the appropriate price. I am impressed with this gallery software....Basically I want to use ipb as the forum and convert the coppermine gallery to photopost and hope that all images and comments and members are intact as they are right now.

Especially the watermarking availability helps it...Do note, I am a loyal IPB customer with two licenses and I wont be changing the forum and I have a lot of visitors and members. Its a risky project, but I will pay anything for this import. Let me know whats available. I have experience with these type of work for over 5 years so it wont be a problem for me either.

Thanks in advance,
Tauhid

We actually support like 16 different integrations not just vb.

There is a coppermine importer in the photopost import forum that you can use to import coppermine

Basically you just install photopost to integrate with invisionboard and then import the coppermine data using the import script.

Ok thanks a lot. Will it be able to import all the members, comments, pictures?? And while I convert coppermine gallery to photopost, will anything be harmed in the coppermine gallery? I will install photopost in a new directory once I buy it. Also, since my ipb is integrated with coppermine, until I am done doing everything with the coppermine conversion and the integration, I want my coppermine to work since this is a live website. Will the forum and the gallery be affected at all during the integration and the importing?? Thanks in advance.

Well it can yes although when you integrate with invision the users are from the forum and it does do comments and pics categories yes

Nothing will be touched in coppermine.
