well there is no switch to change the start of the week so essentially you would need to rewrite the function to work the way you wish it. I can move this to the modifications forums if you wish.

In Finland we also have Monday as the first day of the week. ISO 8601 also states Monday as the first day of the week.
We have VBulletin 4.2.0 and a fresh installation of PhotoPost 8.4. In VB the calendar is O.K. , weeks start on Monday. However the week in the calendar of PhotoPost starts on Sunday.
Is there any solution or is the calendar in the same phase as six years ago?

The calendar is us based but we can look at some switch to make the first day Monday. I would need to see how that is done. :)

Sounds good! It would be a useful feature for foreign users. :)
