View Full Version : Thai language?
April 28th, 2007, 10:42 AM
My website main theme is community & classified in Thailand. But now, I can't set Thai language in classified's admin page.
Then I replaced iso-08859-1 by TIS-620 in adm-inc.php, adm-index.php, adm-users.php. but it don't work now. (It not show Thai language, It show bla bla bla language)
Please suggest me how to customize Photopost Classified (Photopost + Review post too) to support Thai language.

Our program does not have a thai language nor is it currently supported. Some more info would help here because we load the language file so if you have made one this is where you define at the top of the file the contentmeta line
$contentmeta = "<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=TIS-620\" />";

Thanks, Chuck S :)
After I ask you i changed a lot of file that about iso-8859-1 and font family to support Tahoma.
I think, I don't need your Thai language support. I need your support encoding. because may i customize direct to english.php to be Thai language.
I guess your application database fix enconding to be iso-8859-1, then if i put my content in input's box it will be translate to be iso-8859-1. the result is bla bla bla language.
Please see my picture
1. This picture from my web it's supported Thai language. WOW :)
2. But It don't support Thai language in My Control Panel :(
Do you have any recommendation for solve this problem?

Have you changed the encoding in the english.php file as I noted and translated that file?
Try this hack or edit to the admin files noted adm-misc.php and adm-inc.php
