Since you have no other way to contact customer support, I figure this is the best chance I have of contacting your company.

Can you please update my members area to reflect my recent purchase of photopost?

When you purchase a license customer service sends you a members area username and password to login to that license

You can request license login details here and I show you have 2 licenses
