Is there a reason I can't post in the help forum? I need help with a few things.

First, when in the gallery, then click on Home, I'm taken to the Gallery home. I'd like it to go to the site home.

I have more questions and would love to post them in the correct forums. We purchased and have used PhotoPost and would like to continue using it.

You have to have your email the same as the one you purchased the product with. And then it will update you in a few hours and you'll have access to those areas and then when you post, it will add the verified customer tag.

This explains it.

Okay I did that and I still can't post. I put our customer number in the profile field but I'm still not coming up as a verified member.

I also can't figure out how to bulk upload. I'm getting ready to delete PhotoPost from our site, this has been very very frustrating.

It's not the customer number that matters; it's the email address. You need to have the email address you used to purchase for the system to pick you up.
