A new installation, and when I try to upload a photo (4MB), the process says that the photo has uploaded correctly, but when I view the site, it isn't there. Using ImageMagick. I have managed to upload a very small file (2.2kb).

You can not upload a file over 2mb unless you alter your PHP setup. A default PHP setup is limited to 2mb upload and if its larger your server drops it so our program never gets to process it

Thanks Chuck S. But I am on a shared server, so don'y have access to the php.ini file. How can I get around this?

You need to ask your host about increasing it

Ok, So I have just tried to reduce the size of the file in Paintshop Pro, and it's now less than 2MB, but I now get a:
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1
"/usr/bin/convert" +profile "*" -size 389x400 -quality 100 -geometry 389x400 -unsharp 10 '/home/sites/********/public_html/PhotoPost/data/1/thumbs/Swan.jpg'

You must point to the full path including filename to mogrify your trying to use convert.

Aha, Thanks Chuck, my Host said that that was the path.
