So with VBGallery can I have a fee based system in place on my photopost? If so where can i find the features of VBgallery?

There is no fee based system in either product. However since they do both integrate with vbulletin you can use vbulletin's subscription service to build such a system and set usergroups permissions as you wish in either product

vbulletin is a forum product sold by jelsoft

vbGallery is a photo gallery addon for vbulletin. Photopost Pro is a full featured gallery that can be ran standalone or integrated with like 16 different forums. They are both sold here.

If you want to buy vbulletin and photopost you would simply purchase those products no need for vbgallery at all.

Ok so I have intagrated them both together and im testing them out. Is there a step by step on how to setup a fee based system together? So members can upgrade to be allowed more photos per day or how every it works?

You can go to vbulletin.com to understand how there subscription service works.

Very simply the vb subscription service alters the users usergroup to another one. You would simply in photopost set the proper permissions for that usergroup.

You can make different usergroups with different access to your forums and gallery.

EX: ( you can set it up any way you want)
usergroup 1 - 10 megs space
usergroup 2 - 20 megs space
usergroup 3 - 30 megs space
