I've just reinstalled my comp and i'm trying to log in to my license area. I've requested my log in details but nothing is coming through. Spam folders checked.

Tried twice now, how long does it normally take. Other e-mail is coming through fine.

Check all spam filters any email coming from the license end of things would be sent by either sales@photopost.com or custserv@photopost.com and it is not uncommon to see those types of address's block by spam filters so you might want to add them as authorized senders.

Checked, nothing at all in my spam files. These are generally placed into a different folder.

I'll try it again. 4th time lucky

5th request, still noting with everything disabled.

My licenses with have expired by the time we get this sorted ;-)

emailed sales@photopost.com directly as they are the ones who handle renewals and ordering. They do not respond on the support forums.
