I ran the upgrade scripts and uploaded all the new files. Any idea what is causing this?

Your file lines dont correspond to any lines in the present code.
Reviewpost 3.2 is the current code and I would think with mysql errors you have not ran all the applicable upgrades.

upgrading this software is always more trouble than it is worth. I am going to do a fresh install.

Upgrading is easy as long as all files are uploaded and all upgrades are performed. Reading support threads and there resolutions show this. You would see any issue like this is usually the result of a missing upgrade not ran. Hense the mysql row issue cause its not finding a column it is looking for.

how would I figure out which upgrade? Or do I rerun the whole thing?

well approximately line 329 of pp-inc.php you can remove the code in bold and it should show you whats missing however as admin you should see the error.
if ( $User['adminedit'] == 1 ) $errormsg .= "<br /><br />Script: $what<br /><br />Query: $query<br /><br />Result: $mysql_eval_error<br /><br />Database handle: $database";

I blew it away and did a fresh install. Less trouble. Nobody had been using the software anyway.
