How come when you click "submit a ticket" in the members area you get sent to Bugs, surely if people are prepared to pay for a product they should get real support?

You click on ticket system and are taken to the ticket system

I would expect to be sent to a form to submit my problem, who is to say it is a Bug??? chances are it is not.

Sorry for you confusion, the ticket system is generally used to "bug reports"; installation and other issues are handled within the respective forums here.

That where the confusion ensues, on most other sites if you submit a ticket it sends a ticket to the devs by email, bugs are totally seperate thing.

I'm only familiar with a few other systems, like vBulletin's, which works very similar to how we have our system setup here. Hopefully you have a better understanding of how our system works now and whatever help you may need is right at your fingertips.
