View Full Version : no access to TicketSystem

I have no bug to report but try to take a look on your new ticket system. If I try to enter it I get:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I'm a verified customer and get the same message when trying to post to the bug thread. What gives???

- I think you need to be Verified Customer before access.

How to become a Verified Customer ? I own a licence of PP for more then 2 years.

I wanna use the Ticketsystem, but i have no access.. my eMailadress is right.

Do you mean you want to post something in the forums or submit something to the Ticket System that was previously available?
If you mean the Ticket System then please see this thread...
