November 27th, 2005, 08:23 AM
I have made the upgrade to Vb 3.5.1
Here is the problem before in 3.5.0 when viewing who's on line we had every thing working great.
But after you all told us what to do we had it showing us on the who’s on line working great (viewing Classifieds)
Now when we did the up grade it do not seem to recognize anyone even being there, it does not even show and error before we use to get
Now I’m getting
Coinwash.com /Coinlaundromat.net/ Cardwash.net / CardwashSystem.com
Can you please tell me what to tell my tech what to do

Hello if you had hacked your vbulletin files to show who is online in external places like classifieds etc then simply take and rehack the vbulletin files. I would hope soon though someone might make a plugin for whos online for vb but when you upgraded your vb files you overwrote any changes you made.

If I did over write how do I find what was lost.
We can not find it.
Is there anyone who has or is having this same problem Please?

Well I beleive you are awaiting someone to create a hack in the modifications forum for your vbulletin installation which is what is required.
This issue has nothing to do with your classifieds program as we explained. Once someone creates a hack for plugin as its called for VB 3.5 it should be available. I can not comment on modifications or hacks since our company does not support them.

What happen to this post it disappeared.
OK we got it to work with the information you had posted here, Which seems to have been deleted?
We have it showing loacations now for ever page Except the home page which show as
Cardwash.net / CardwashSystem.com
the others show what we want.
This is the same VIEW that you get when there is a person on the home page of the VB ?
What are we missing?
Thank you Chuck

the hacks where never posted in this thread.
They are in there own thread. Now as far as the index pages of our products there is no way to display the index's in vbulletin there code is not allowing it.
I have asked them some questions about there code but have yet to find a response so the mods are as they are posted.
If I ever get a response that allows me to show a location for an index page then I will adjust the hacks

Just great just when you think your Safe;(
As you probably known Vb has now went to 3.5.2-- Just great;(
What should I look for?---Have you seen any problem yet. I know it's new.
Am I going to lose every thing again and if so how do I stop this from happening?

Since everything you installed is a plugin or product for ajax and you have not modified any vbulletin files you should not have any issues that I am aware of

install a hack on VB.org called "WOL locations" (or something similar) it enables you to create custom WOL areas, Ie:
index.php => viewing hompage
index.php?theme=red => veiwing homepage in red theme
hope this helps.
