View Full Version : vBa Gallery Question...
June 30th, 2005, 01:29 AM
I run an official site for a British Actor and one of my members has asked about having a gallery at the site and I'm wondering if vBadvanced Gallery would be suitable for what I need.
I don't want the members to add their own images and I don't want members to be able to post. Basically, I just want a place to store all the images that the members can view.
If this is possible does anyone else use their vBa Gallery this way that I could look at please?
Thanks for your help :)

I've had a good look at vBa Gallery today and it's even better than I first thought and I just have a couple of questions...
1) My forum is for members only so does it mean that if I send someone an e-card who is NOT a member they must join the forum to be able to view it even when keying in their passcode which is sent to them in the email notification? (hope that makes sense)
2) Is it possible to track which members are sending e-cards and to who?
Thanks inadvance for your help :)

1) There's an option in the Gallery AdminCP to choose whether permissions should be applied when viewing e-cards.
2) There's the View E-Cards option in the Gallery AdminCP, but I think they will go away after X days. (There's another option where you can set how long they are kept.)
