View Full Version : Picture display templates

What templates do I have to edit to change the way the pictures are displayed? One for the thumbnails (like this (http://www.vbadvanced.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=5)) and the actual picture itself (like this (http://www.vbadvanced.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=334&c=5&cutoffdate=all)). If you're wondering why, I'm thinking of putting a white border around the pictures. They look nicer that way.

'ADV_GALLERY_BROWSEIMAGES' is the first one/ thumbnail page
'ADV_GALLERY_SHOWIMAGE' is the second/ main image page
as to get a white border around them, do you mean changing the background color of the cell the photos are in (probaly above 2 templets)
or just a border= around the image. that would probaly (dont' quote me) be done in the 'adv_gallery_imagebit' templet.

'adv_gallery_imagebits' for the thumbnail images and 'ADV_GALLERY_SHOWIMAGE' for the large image.

Thanks Kenj and Brian for the replies,
Yes, Kenj, I want just a border around the image ala Photoshop Elements 3.0 browse mode. If I'm successful, I could share the code with you, if you're interested. (Not that it's hard to do for the advanced coder, but I'm a novice.) (^_^;
